Sales Target

  • Responsible for to overseeing the operations of retail outlets, achieving sales targets and profitability, minimizing operating expenses, and implementing sales strategies
  • Regularly monitor outlets’ sales performance, and constantly suggest strategies to achieve the target, and maximize sales and profitability.
  • Support Marketing strategy planning after aligning with the marketing in charge and provided training to achieve individual outlet achieved sales targets and outlet KPI performances.

Training & Coaching

  • Perform outlet & team training, company policies, employee handbook, retail SOPs, and product knowledge.
  • Manage new regulation application & execution monitory to all outlets from time-to-time following company policy changes.
  • Cultivate talents, build up team leadership, and high efficiency and lead the retail team to achieve set goals.

Manpower & Scheduling

  • Work closely in recruiting and dealing with staffing issues; interviewing potential staff; manpower budgeting.
  • To monitor and ensure sufficient manpower for all outlets at all times.

Store/Retail Operations Management

Compliance & Regulatory & Controls

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all retail standards and regulatory requirements by trade authorities & complex landlords.
  • Visit own stores regularly to ensure full compliance with operation SOP, staff discipline and store cleanliness and upkeeping.

Cash Collection & Stock Inventory Management

  • Implement controls in cash collection.
  • To plan and monitor the monthly stock take and to ensure minimal stock loss at all outlets.
  • Manage the store's inventory and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring that the outlet is sufficiently equipped with all necessary materials (Stationery, cash register & credit card terminal thermal receipt roll, printer toner and etc) for daily operational needs.

New Store Opening/Closing of the Store

  • To manage project-based activities i.e. New Store Opening/closing of the store.

Staff & Store Management

  • Ensure grooming standards of staff are in place and in compliance with the brand image
  • Ensure security of staff and business areas are in place and theft/pilferage preventive controls, surveillance cameras functioning and monitoring.
  • To be in charge of the overall outlet operation matters including utilities, maintenance, renovation, repair works, leasing etc.
  • Handle customer complaints and assists employees in resolving issues.

Reporting

  • Retrieve & tabulate sales reports and sales commission reports.
  • Prepare monthly reports for the management, and liaise with local authority whenever required

Others

To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required

JOB REQUIREMENT:-

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or related field
  • At least 2 years experience in progressively responsible positions in retail operations management.
  • Proven track record of successful store performance and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of employees
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management
  • Excellent time and project management skills
