Production Planner

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and planning production processes for efficient operations.
• Evaluating and analyzing production statistics to optimize productivity.
• Forecasting the production needs based on historical data and market trends.
• Collaborating with other departments like sales, supply chain and operations to align with production plans.
• Managing material resources and inventories to ensure smooth production flow.
• Identifying potential obstacles in the production process and strategizing solutions.
• Monitoring and adjusting schedules as needed to meet product delivery deadlines.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or in Mechanical Engineering//Engineering fields/Mechatronic/ or equivalent.
• Preferably within 3-5 years of working experiences in manufacturing environment.
• Computer literate (Good in data computation using Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills to interact with various team members team to coordinate efforts, communicate boundaries and how to resolve conflict.
• Knowledge of ERP systems preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 added as value.
