Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the family's tax position.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Liaise with external tax advisors to manage complex tax matters.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Implement and maintain effective accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning services to family members.

- Maintain relationships with external fund managers, advisors, and financial institutions.
- Design and implement wealth preservation and transfer strategies.
- Manage the establishment and administration of trusts and other estate planning vehicles.
- Work with legal advisors to ensure proper structuring of family assets.
- Develop and implement succession plans for family-owned businesses.
- Facilitate the transition of leadership and ownership to the next generation.
- Provide guidance on governance and operational issues related to succession.
- Establish and maintain family governance structures and protocols.
- Develop family constitutions, policies, and procedures to guide decision-making.
- Facilitate family meetings and communication to ensure alignment and harmony.
- Foster strong relationships among family members.
- Provide mediation and conflict resolution services as needed.
- Support the personal and professional development of family members.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the family office.
- Manage family office staff and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Implement best practices in family office management and administration.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects if needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., MBA, CPA, CFA, CFP) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial or advisory role, preferably within a family office, private banking, or wealth management environment.
- Strong knowledge of tax planning, accounting, financial planning, investment management, and wealth management.
- Proven experience in business succession planning, family governance, and trust structuring.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively with family members, advisors, and other stakeholders.
