- Acknowledge promised delivery date to customer and assist in solving issues related to differences between the requested delivery date and committed due date
- Contribute to planning functions and may make decisions related assigned customer project
- Communicate with Master Planner on forecast and production schedule changes
- Support on Supply Chain team on development of or changes to Planning or Scheduling process
- Provide input or analysis to Finance on production WIP, Finished Goods, and Component inventory levels for inventory valuation
- Analyze potential impact of forecast and production plan changes on production volume
- Monitor material status on upcoming job orders
- Monitor all orders to assure timely completion to promise date and escalate/resolve issues that may prevent timely delivery of orders
- Work with internal team for any production planning issues related to priorities, holds, throughput or capacity issues, part shortages, or engineering changes on released orders
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
