Retail Executive Meat, Seafood, Produce, Frozen, Receiving, Cashier & HR

What we are looking at :

• Proven experience as Department Executive / Department Head / Department Supervisor in managing department specifically in either Operation Department mainly in Cashier, Fruit & Vegetables, Meat & Seafood, Grocery Food and Non Food and Chilled & Frozen, or Support Division, HR, Warehouse and Data Entry.
• Knowledge of retail management best practices in the specialized department. Knowledge is needed to head Technical Support Department such as HR, Security, Warehouse. As the department involve in managing Government Authorities whenever needed.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal ability.
• Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities of Operational Supervisors / Executives.

• Managing ordering of stocks to avoid out of stock and loss of sales situation. To ensure quality of product from end to end process.
• To ensure stocks disposal and shrinkage value within the company's target.
• Spearhead sales through stocks availability on fast moving and promotional items.
• To keep and maintained the department according to the company's standards. Including display, product's quality, product's expiry, price tags, price change, cleanliness of the department.
• To managed stock count / stocktake process of the department.
• To manage manpower and overhead cost (OT) of the department.
