  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This publicly listed company specialised in the Property Development and Construction sector. The company focusses on developing high-rise housing with exceptional architectural services.

Your new role
Being a key member of the department, you will be responsible for:

  • Prepare financial reports, manage costs, and analyse data for executive management and the primary shareholder (ALI)
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of F&A to aid in setting financial goals and planning.
  • Create and oversee the company's budget at the group level, both periodically and annually
  • Formulate data-driven investment strategies, business cases, and evaluation criteria for initiatives focused on growth and efficiency.
  • Work in tandem with Business Development to evaluate acquisition targets, conduct due diligence, and facilitate integration.
  • Lead quantitative modelling efforts to measure revenue and efficiency-related initiatives.
  • Partner with the CFO and executive leadership to support strategic initiatives across the company.
  • Manage all Bursa announcements related to financial disclosures and asset investment acquisitions.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role, you must possess:

  • Professional Qualification such as ACCA, CFA, ICAEW or equivalent, following by a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 7-8 years of working experience in either Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Financial Planning & Analysis function
  • Strong leadership experience with minimal 4 years of experience in a people management role
  • Highly analytical with strong diligence, capable of solving complex business problems
  • Strong understanding of various business models
