- Plan and draw up a production schedule and monitor the production processes to adjust schedules as needed.
- Implement and enforce food safety and quality standards, including ISO, GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and regulatory requirements, at all levels of production staff awareness.
- To monitor overall quality and output of production, QC and packing and ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met.
Requirements:
Qualification
· Min Degree or equivalent, preferable in Food Technology is advantage
Experiences :
· Min 2-3 years’ hand-on working experience manufacturing management and production environment in the food industry or a related field.
· Experience in manufacturing field with HACCP, ISO, HALAL and GMP compliance and regulatory environment.

· Strong leadership skills, result orientated, good problem solving and reporting skills, analytical skills, critical thinking skills and good communication skills.
