PRODUCTION ASSISTANT (FMCG)

• Plan and draw up a production schedule and monitor the production processes to adjust schedules as needed.
• Implement and enforce food safety and quality standards, including ISO, GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and regulatory requirements, at all levels of production staff awareness.
• To monitor overall quality and output of production, QC and packing and ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met.

Requirements:

Qualification

· Min Degree or equivalent, preferable in Food Technology is advantage

Experiences :

· Min 2-3 years’ hand-on working experience manufacturing management and production environment in the food industry or a related field.

· Experience in manufacturing field with HACCP, ISO, HALAL and GMP compliance and regulatory environment.
