IT Internal Auditor

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assigned audit within the group of companies.
• Assist in establishing and maintain a sound internal technology risk framework IT policies and procedures including the governance arrangements and oversight on the IT operating system, business continuity management, compliance and relevant security controls;
• Ascertain the level of compliance with the company plans, policies, procedures and adherence to laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging relevant resources and expertise as needed.
• Identify and assess potential technology risks, enhance and refine cyber risk management processes. Implement industry-recognized best practices and standards;
• Conduct IT risk assessments, including identifying and assessing IT risks, evaluate countermeasures and recommend effective controls to mitigate ITY risks;
• Assist Head of Internal Audit in development of annual audit plan, audit report and status report update for IT audit.
• Conduct any other task assigned by the superior/ management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, ICT, System Security or equivalent.
• Relevant industry certification e.g. CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA or relevant professional papers will be an advantage;
• Minimum 2 years of working experience (for senior executive position) or 1 year of working experience (for executive position) in a similar capacity within experience in IT Audit, Information Security or other Computer system related field will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge and application of cybersecurity, technology risk management frameworks and methodologies;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese and Bahasa Melayu languages
• Willing to travel to various sites within the Group as and when required.
