Job Description

  • Perform dealing services, customer services and administrative duties to assist customer

Responsibilities

  • Assist client in enquiries and difficulties faced in share market, trading activity and trading system
  • Assist in new account opening process and educate new client in market and system learning
  • Keep track of clients’ transactions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and reporting requirements
  • Monitor client's trading position and investment portfolio to render service to ensure client's trading activity in place
  • Execute orders for the purchase and sale of securities on behalf of clients in a timely and accurate manner
  • Develop and maintain relationship with client and internal operation team
  • Perform administration task to ensure seamless trading experience for customer

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, or professional qualification, or Diploma in any field from recognized institution
  • Successful candidates are required to attend and passed Familiarisation Programmes with SIDC
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, and service-oriented attitude
  • A team player, with high integrity, positive mindset and right attitude
  • Able to work independently, cope with high pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Team Size : 5 - 10 person

Location : Petaling Jaya

Job Time : 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, weekday only

Average Processing Time : 1-2 months
