We are representing our client, a trading MNC company in telecommunication industry is looking for a dynamic and result oriented candidate to fill their current job opening of Customer Care Officer to be based in Melaka.
- 5 days work (Included weekends & public holiday).

Job Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming call and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer’s need.
- Handle escalations from customers and maintain good customer relationships in a professional manner.
- Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
- Identify and perform cross selling opportunity and activity by analyzing customer profile, recommending most suitable package, actively promote latest promotions/ services.
- Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results & productivity.
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks as requested.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates (Diploma & Degree) are encourage to apply
- SPM holder with 2 years of related experience can be considered.
- Must be able to communicate and write well in ENGLISH.
- Ability to speak MANDARIN AND ENGLISH (Dual language allowance of RM600) is an added advantage but not necessary.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
- Candidate must be able to work in rotational shift (Included weekends & public holiday).
- Candidate must be willing to work in Melaka City.
