  • Greet and attend to walk-in visitors and customers
  • Co-ordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed, including supplies replenishment
  • Provide administrative support for the office; maintain files and organize documents
  • Responsible for course schedule adjustments and updates to ensure effective use of classroom and teacher resources.

Requirements
