Assistant Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Manufacturing process by studying product requirement, researching, designing, modifying and testing manufacturing methods and equipment, conferring with equipment vendors.
• Responsibility for risk assessment ( FMEA ) for all the new process.
• Prepare, update & maintain engineering document ( Process Flow, WI, PFMEA , Control Plan, Line Layout and etc
• Involve new production equipment buyoff, installing and commissioning new PE, monitoring modifications, upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Conduct GRR & Gage 1 study for testers & machine.
• Ensuring that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified requirement of customer.
• Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Response to engineering change from customer, transfer to internal documents and implement into process.
• To study & provide corrective actions for quality issues feedback from production /customer / market claim.
• Responsible to conduct or get involved continue improvement.
• Liaise with vendor/ customer on PE or product related issue.
• Update & review tester yield data, take necessary action when needed.
• Communicate / response / interface to internal / external PIC / resources.
• Conduct & prepare Time Study Report / Cycle Time/ MTM-2 / Line Capacity
• Conduct & prepare Reject Analysis / Failure Analysis Report.
• Prepare Production Equipment List / Check List / PM WI, PM Check List & Spare Part List.
• Responsible to raise Process Change Request & control.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree preferably in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Engineering and Quality System.
• Knowledge of technical drawing, MS office, Lean manufacturing & quality tools.
• Familiar in manufacturing methods
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
