Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Implement Warehouse Processes, Policies and Requirements to ISO standards, Customer SLA & DHL Supply Chain Standards.
  • Manage day-to-day Warehouse Operations, in-bound, inventory and outbound.
  • Manage all contract financials (budgets, P&L, revenue streams, costs, etc).
  • Ensure operation output and quality target are achieved.
  • Manage and lead the operational teams to ensure daily warehouse operations KPIs and Customer SLA’s are achieved to 100%.
  • Manage team performance to achieve 100% KPI and SLA based on customer agreements.
  • Ensure inventory is adequately stored, controlled and accounted for in the designated areas.
  • Involved on the inventory control and accuracy.
  • Plan and Manage Warehouse Manpower Planning, Shift Rotations to meet Customer SLA.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any related field/industry.
  • Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in Warehouse environment.
  • Ability to read, interpret technical documents and regulations.
  • Must be flexible and able to work effectively within a dynamic matrix organization with little or no direct supervision.
  • Able to manage end to end Warehouse Operations.
  • Must be able to work in Taiping, Perak.
