Production Planner(F&B Industry)/Plentong/SAP System Needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop production plans based on sales forecasts and loading into SAP system.
• Coordinate with outlet operation team and production teams to understand demand fluctuations to update in SAP system.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand promotions, new product launches, other factors influencing demand and to streamline processes and resolve issues.
• Create production work order through SAP system to meet forecast demands while optimizing resources.
• Monitor inventory levels in SAP system to ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement inventory control strategies to minimize wastage and carrying costs.
• Conduct regular stock assessments and reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor production efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall productivity.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure uninterrupted production.
• Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, inventory management, or a related role within the F&B industry. Experience with demand forecasting, budgeting, and cost control is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using production planning software, ERP & SAP systems.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize production processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and management.
