Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Budgeting
  • Lead the development of annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
  • Monitor budget performance and conduct variance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide accurate financial forecasts and projections to guide decision-making.
    • Financial Reporting
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Present financial insights that drive strategic initiatives and business growth.
    • Cash Flow Management
  • Oversee cash flow management to ensure financial stability and optimal liquidity.
  • Develop strategies for cash optimization and investment opportunities.

  • Identify financial risks and implement robust mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance internal controls and compliance procedures.

    • Financial Analysis and Strategy
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and spearhead cost-saving initiatives.
    • Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead, mentor and inspire the team to achieve excellence.

    • Job Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking/ Business Analytics, or equivalent.
    • At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Proficient user of finance software (eg. AutoCount) and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication. data analysis and presentation skills.
    • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
