Assist Design Team on delivery of project related to design of a variety of project types and sizes in all phases of projects in assigned locations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist design team by working closely with the project management team, business unit managers, and external consultants, responsible for evolving its Group Companies' design guidelines and leading the delivery of project related commercial viable lay-out drawings aligned with the Company's design principles and within budget.
  • Ensure that all development projects deliver the highest quality outcome possible in terms of design, architecture and enhancement of resident lifestyles, in accordance with Perdana ParkCity's strategy and customer value proposition.
  • Build relationships with business units to receive detailed briefing documents, reviewing designs and offer insights into best design outcomes and cost impacts.
  • Participate in the coordination and document preparation for projects tendering and provide quality assurance via review of project documentation.
  • Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and consultant agreements.
  • Engage with stakeholder regarding design guidelines, project milestones and design development.
  • Assist in implement of the Master Plan for the development project and ensure that the process is consultative with vital perspectives on customer, cost and time secured from Corporate and Regional Delivery functions.
  • Coordinate updates to design guidelines based on feedback from all sources including the project post occupancy review process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of Design Management experience in township or property development.
  • Experience in handling a multi-project portfolio in all phases of interior design / architectural projects.
  • Experience in project master planning is desired.
  • Computer savvy and good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project), and AutoCAD.
  • Good in Revit, Sketch Up and Photoshop skills will be an added advantage.
  • Organized, disciplined, self-driven, and self-aware with a track record of integrity, commitment, courage, and performance.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
