Job Responsibilities
- Work with the HRD Team and strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
- Coordinate and assist in all hiring and training procedures for new employees
- Continually educate employees on company policies (where applicable)
- Assist in employee health schemes, etc.
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
- Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
- Understand and adhere to Sabah Labor Ordinance.
Job Requirements
- Posses at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management is preferable.
- Proven experience as Human Resources Executive or equivalent.
- At least 3 - 5 years of hands-on working experiences in the related field.
- Experience with Human Resource Information Systems, UBS etc.
- Fair knowledge in Labour Ordinances would be an advantage.
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft 365 etc.
- Good command of spoken & written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to travel from time-to-time.
