MAIN JOB FUNCTION

•Responsible to contract and tendering management, process & procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

•Responsible for creating communication groups to ease communication between related departments whenever we have a new project.

•Responsible for providing daily work plan to immediate superior.

•Responsible for updating all information relating to work to immediate superior.

•Responsible for tendering submission, costing, and monitor bid evaluation until claim process.

•Responsible for contract review, negotiation, and post-contract management.

•Assist in new business pursuit and associated contract strategy.

•Focal point for all communication with law, finance, and business team disciplines for resolution of contract issues and disputes.

•To build and strengthen existing contracting approaches and structural arrangements for contracting.

•Assisting immediate superior in analyzes significant and unique contract requirements,special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies, and business unit procedures.

•Responsible for ensuring that all proposal and contracting activities are carried out in accordance with legislation, company policies and procedures and principles of good practice.

•Other ad-hoc corporate assignments may be required from time to time.

•Compiling and reviewing of information for loading and technical proposal in respect of projects tendered.

•Propose pricing and profitability for each project to be tendered.

•Prepare budget/costing for each awarded Project.

•Responsible for pre and post-contract process and administration.

•Responsible on timely submission of claim documents.

•Attend site evaluation and attend meetings in related to the commercial part in the project.

•Responsible for tender and quotation submission.

•Take off quantities and prepare of Bill of Quantities/costing.

•Liaise with client, consultant, and/or project management team for project claim certification.

•Responsible for contract correspondence and resolving any claims, VO, and other contract issues.

•Responsible for sub-contractors and suppliers' claim certification.

•Participate in contractual review and risk management during pre-tender and for the awarded contracts.

•Assist immediate superior in preparation of the agreement, letter of award and other types of contract.

•Any other duties as and when assigned by the Superior/Management

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

•At least a Post Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.

• Preferred to have a Quantity Surveyor background

•Two (2) year(s) of working experience in the related field, especially in commercial, tendering & proposal, procurement in oil and gas industry.

•Fresh graduated is encourage to apply.
