Lead, Publication, Content and Integrated Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality and timely production, publication, and distribution of corporate reports.
• Coordinate publication services, including copywriting, editing, proofreading, graphic design, typesetting, printing, and web publishing.
• Liaise with executives, business units, and sustainability and corporate communications teams.
• Manage contracts with freelance editors, graphic designers, printers, and other professionals, adhering to procurement guidelines.
• Keep stakeholders informed about reports, including digital dissemination when needed.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reports with senior leaders.
• Lead publication cadence meetings during production.
• Collaborate with marketing and business units to publish reports online and promote them on social media.
• Manage the storage and distribution of publications and other printed materials.
• Assist team members during peak times.
• Monitor and manage the publications and content creation budget, following procurement processes.
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings as required.
• Collaborate across the Group on content copywriting, editing, proofreading, and design for both print and digital materials, as directed by the Head.

Requirements:

• Degree in English, Communication, Creative Writing, Journalism, or other relevant degree with at least 5 years of experience in managing and producing integrated report/ annual report/ sustainability report
• Understanding of integrated reporting frameworks and sustainability reporting framework
• Strong research and excellent writing skills in English;
• Proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Suite or any design software would be an added advantage
• Experience in producing corporate products – specifically annual reports, integrated report, sustainability report;
• Knowledge of each report terms, language and editorial style according to reporting requirements;
• Demonstrated ability to work in timely manners and under pressure
• Ability to be flexible and respond to changes to text/layout as part of the review and feedback process;
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate and work with diverse people;
• Participate effectively in team-based, information-sharing environment, collaborating and cooperating with others;
