We are currently seeking dynamic and qualified candidates to join us at AGROMATE (M) SDN BHD.

Operation Executive (Based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operational activities, such as inventory, production, delivery, and the supply chain involve incoming containers and bulk shipments, ensuring processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assess existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with relevant terms to implement process changes.
  • Provide guidance and support during the transition phrase to ensure smooth adoption of new procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance review to assess the effectiveness of operational strategies.
  • Ensure all operations adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate with different departments and vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Travel to various locations to carry out operational audit as needed.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by management.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years in related field.
  • Experience in ISO will be an advantage.
