Your goal
- Assists in implementing club operations on daily basis
- Supports the implementation of other programs and general operating procedures for all clubhouse operations
- Assist to blast the club packages to boost club membership and club-related activities
- Consistently communicates with members, gathers feedback, and uses insights to enhance services and ensure maximum member’ satisfaction
- Receives complaints from club members, guests and employees. To escalate to management for resolution, if needed
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, safety and other standards are consistently attained
- Attends management and staff meetings as scheduled
- Engages with members by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding guests around the club's amenities.
- Undertakes special projects as assigned
- Maintain staff discipline and ensures compliance to company rules and regulations
- Ensures that the Fitness Explorer system, IT and telecommunications system are maintained in optimal working condition
- Maintains proper records of collections, balance of accounts, and ensures timely submission to Accounts with all required sign offs
- Assists in business, tracking and monitoring
- External Liaison with contractors, authorities, fitness instructors, service providers, advertising agencies and customer
- Quality Compliance - Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as defined in the Company’s Quality System

Ideal Applicant
- Diploma or degree in marketing, business , hotel or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in the customer service sector, particularly in the fitness and club management capacity
- Ability to communicate & address large groups
- Outdoor activities/ events experience
