Your goal

  • Assists in implementing club operations on daily basis
  • Supports the implementation of other programs and general operating procedures for all clubhouse operations
  • Assist to blast the club packages to boost club membership and club-related activities
  • Consistently communicates with members, gathers feedback, and uses insights to enhance services and ensure maximum member’ satisfaction
  • Receives complaints from club members, guests and employees. To escalate to management for resolution, if needed
  • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, safety and other standards are consistently attained
  • Attends management and staff meetings as scheduled
  • Engages with members by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding guests around the club's amenities.
  • Undertakes special projects as assigned
  • Maintain staff discipline and ensures compliance to company rules and regulations
  • Ensures that the Fitness Explorer system, IT and telecommunications system are maintained in optimal working condition
  • Maintains proper records of collections, balance of accounts, and ensures timely submission to Accounts with all required sign offs
  • Assists in business, tracking and monitoring
  • External Liaison with contractors, authorities, fitness instructors, service providers, advertising agencies and customer
  • Quality Compliance - Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as defined in the Company’s Quality System

Ideal Applicant

  • Diploma or degree in marketing, business , hotel or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in the customer service sector, particularly in the fitness and club management capacity
  • Ability to communicate & address large groups
  • Outdoor activities/ events experience
