Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive batch of invoice from purchaser & key in into the system.
  • Checking invoices keyed in into the system by others
  • Posting all invoices into the system.
  • Prepare payment by cheque.
  • Preparing Debit Note.
  • Prepare Price Reduction and Markdown Report.
  • Reconcile supplier statement every month.
  • Follow up with the creditor for monthly statement.
  • Prepare discount as per Check Register.
  • Prepare Check Register Report.
  • Verify supporting documents before payment.
  • To check for credit claim without supplier signature.
  • To keep a register of early payment discount based on payment made.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Independent, responsible, committed and self initiative.
