Your new role

• Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  
• Payment Processing: Prepare and execute payment runs, including checks, electronic transfers, and other methods.
  
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions, and ensure that the proper documentation is in place.
  
• Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts payable reports and vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
  
• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable activities.
  
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving accounts payable processes and efficiency.
  
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Hold at least a degree/diploma in Accounting or Finance or its equivalent
  
• Minimum 1 years worth of experience
  
• Responsible and dedicated
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
