Job descriptions:

  • Review and monitor on matters related to staff attendance such as absence and punctuality.
  • Assist on monthly payroll calculation and disbursement, leave management, staff claim.
  • Responsible for timely processing of payroll and related for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, Perkeso and LHDN.
  • Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues/ payroll.
  • Assist on all HR evaluation process and letters such as, confirmation, offer letter, promotion letter, yearly performance review, increment and etc.
  • Ensure compliance with local Employment Act and prevailing human resources legislation and practices.
  • Maintain effective filling system and HR records for easy retrieval purpose.
  • Responsible for general office administrative, facilities maintenance, and office cleanliness.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in general HR backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, numerate, analytical, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
  • Knowledgeable of labour laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Office 365 suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Working Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Tebrau 2
