Qualifications & experience
- A bachelor's degree or higher, with over 3 years experience in HR role, including knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and regulations
- Strong communication and team skills, proactive approach to work, and a high level of responsibility
- Expertise in HR areas such as recruitement, organizational design, and talent market analysis, and talent strategy; proficiency in recruitment process and systems, with experience in talent market analysis, competitive intelligence, and the acquisition of top tier talent
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the capability to communicate in both languages
- Driven and self -motivated, with the initaitive to deeply understand the business and stay in check t the needs of business departments
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist to oversee the cycle of business department, from verifying requirements to excecuting recruiment process;
- Develop and enhance recruitment channels for human resources; gather and maintain industry talent databases, and create a talent pool and mapping;
- Handle all aspects of talent acquistion, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring fulfillment of staffing needs
- Support department in recruitment, employee relations, and training, contributing to the overall performance of the business departments
- Collaborate on HR project implementations and systems, provide prompt feedback and coordinate the resolution of issues
- Comprehensive business development strategies and needs, assess the number and direction of personnel needs, follow up on the progress of personnel recruitment, and quickly meet business personnel needs
