- Oversee the whole QA Systems IATF16949 / ISO9001 / ISO13485 / ISO14001 / ISO45001.
- Oversee the EMS for Malaysia operations.
- Carried interrelations duties with others department in accordance to “QA system flow chart” & SOP.
- Initiate Management review meeting normally after ESHMS/QMS Internal Audit and maintain the record.
- Responsible for on time submission of customer documents eg: PPAP, SPC, APQP, MSA, Inspection Agreement as per required by customer.
- Preparing and maintain Standard Operating Procedure, Work Instruction and other documentation in Armstrong Technology Penang operation.
- Handle customer audit and reply the nonconformance item highlight during the audit.
- Handling customer complaint & ensure corrective action reply on time.
- Constantly evaluates, monitors and improves QA System to correct any deficiencies or weaknesses and recommend corrective measures.
- Review & reply customer environment requirement. Ensure customer environment requirements are updated and implement accordingly.
- Ensure control plan, inspection instruction and material specification proper & timely update and well maintained.
- Ensure Armstrong Technology Penang KPI and others requested report is sent to HQ each month.
- Provide training and close supervision of staff, target setting and performance appraisals.
- Provide customer service in terms of quality & environment system related enquiry and maintain good customer relations.
- New project development involvement with R&D, engineering & production team.
- Any other duties as assigned.
