Research and Development Responsibilities:

• Executing development of new products and improving existing products by searching, identifying and applying the most appropriate technology to achieve the desire results within the desire time frame to secure the targeted commercial advantages;
• Managing the day to day activities in the laboratory and responsible for their development, work effectiveness and efficiency by providing training, guidance and instruction from time to time;
• Maintaining and updating the related Standard Procedures, work instruction including analysis method, specification, recipe, food package labeling and document all project/ trial activities;
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences in the FMCG (Food and Beverages) category.
• Develop and execute product development plans that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Providing technical supports on trouble shooting including processing procedures, preparation of ingredients and packaging process to ensure final products meet the quality requirements.
• Responsible to record results and prepare reports of all R&D activities
• Site visit for product performance and integrity assessment when required.
• Assist in maintaining Food Safety Management system and documentation

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology /Nutrition/Dietetics, Chemistry, Bio Technology;
• Fresh Grad welcome! Non experienced candidate are acceptable!
• Required to know Mandarin & English languages to liaise with mandarin supplier from other countries.
• Knowledge of data analysis and technology, excellent communication and organizational skill;
• Knowledge of food technology, food microbiology, safe food handling procedures and food service sanitation practices;
• Willing to travel when required & Possess own transport for traveling.
• Able to work in Kapar, Klang.
