REQUIREMENT / COMPETENCIES
- At least with Certificate in any discipline.
- At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.
- Candidate without paper qualification but with at least 5 years of relevant working experience can also be considered.
- Knowledge in safety, 5s and production improvement activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Ensure the achievement of production targets for all sections and machines in accordance with the scheduled plan.
- Work closely with relevant teams to address and resolve unforeseen challenges that may impact production timelines.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Implement and track continuous improvement initiatives within the production processes.
- Control worker overtime and allocate manpower efficiently across sections.
- Ensure adherence to ISO requirements in the production process flow and documentations.
- Plan schedules considering available materials, production capacity, and manpower.
- Update planning schedules promptly upon receiving new sales orders or upon completion of existing orders.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by superiors and management.
