Short Summary
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Payments team, where you'll have the opportunity to enhance your skills and contribute to team growth. As a processor, you will play a key role in handling client transactions and improving our processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process clients withdrawal requests and address any related issues.
- Contribute ideas to streamline and enhance the process flow.
- Perform daily tasks, including checking and processing withdrawal requests accurately.
- Assist clients with inquiries via email and social media.
- Prepare and submit accurate withdrawal reports to the Manager.
- Record rejected payouts and resubmit once clients amend their bank details.
- Remind clients to provide bank details before processing payouts.
- Advise clients on selecting the correct withdrawal method to avoid rejections.
- Verify clients' bank details with payment service providers as needed.
- Processing payments, maintaining accurate transaction records, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Managing Transactions: Recording and processing payment transactions and ensuring their completion within the required timeframes.
- Data Handling: Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Investigating and resolving issues with transactions, such as payout rejected by the PSPs.
- Customer Service: Providing customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns.
- Works with other business functions to ensure that any payment related queries or problems are resolved promptly, delivering excellent customer service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
- Availability to work night shifts (Work From Home)
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills required: Online Payments Processing, Excel, Customer Service, Data Entry, Internet Savvy, Telephony Skills, Mathematics, Reconciliation, Attention to Detail, Payroll.
- Preferably a Junior Executive specialising in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
