  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Scope:

  • Analyze Network, Security, ToIP, and Telecom Architectures.
  • Provide support and coordinate network infrastructure.
  • Offer on-call support for critical issues outside business hours.
  • Participate in defining new solutions with the Architecture Group.
  • Write and update technical documentation.

Job Tasks:

  • Fully manage, configure, and upgrade WIFI, LAN, and WAN in the plant.
  • Support and manage network security devices and applications.
  • Ensure network security and connectivity.
  • Monitor network performance (availability, speed, etc.) and test for vulnerabilities.
  • Resolve local and central problems, incidents, or requests.
  • Review and set network policies and procedures.
  • Understand production needs and design network solutions.
  • Research and recommend solutions for network vulnerabilities and patching.
  • Be available for 24/7 support during incidents and work until issues are resolved.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Network Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in network support.
  • Strong skills in LAN, WAN, wireless, and firewall technologies (e.g., Checkpoint, Palo Alto, ASA, Fortinet).
  • Experience with network supervision tools (e.g., Solarwinds, Zabbix), DNS, and DHCP.
  • Knowledge of Cisco Network and ToIP solutions (e.g., VSS, VRF, WLC).
  • CCNE certification is a plus.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Independent, thorough, proactive, and eager to contribute long-term.
  • Must be proficient in English.
  • Based in Muar but will interact with global engineers.
