Job Responsibilities :-

  • Plan and manage inventory levels of materials, ensure availability and the timely delivery of product.
  • Responsible for stock purchase analysis, generating purchase orders for stock procurement.
  • Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, maintain accurate purchasing records, and update good receive notes via the system.
  • To track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • To maintain tracking orders record is on track at all times.
  • To handle orders and sourcing suppliers.
  • Audit receiving (both goods and documents) to check items received according to specifications (or criteria) and quality.
  • Assist in administrative work.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks that being assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements :-

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Auto-count software would be an added advantage.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mandarin speaking candidate is preferred as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking suppliers.
  • Candidate must be able to work on alternative Saturday (Half Day).
  • Optional Work Hour : 8am-5pm, 8.30am-5.30pm or 9am-6pm
  • Work location: Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Cheras, KL.
