Operation Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and maintain communication with channel partners;
• Gather and organize customer feedback, aiding in the resolution of any arising issues;
• Provide support to other team members in the execution of relevant tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with prior experience in the payment industry will be given preference;
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, capable of effective collaboration with channel partners and other team members;
• Strong writing skills, able to compose clear, concise, and professional company help documents;
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
