We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our online advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads (formerly AdWords), Facebook, and LinkedIn, to drive our marketing goals and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and drive traffic.
  • Analyze campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and create engaging ad copy and landing pages.
  • Oversee budget management and goal tracking to ensure optimal return on investment.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and provide strategic recommendations based on campaign data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure advertising strategies align with broader marketing objectives.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media
  • Proven experience in digital advertising with a focus on Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook, and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
