Be Our Senior Executive, Remarketing
CompAsia is looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional to engage with strategic channel partners and resellers to sell its offerings (certified pre-owned smartphones) driving customer success and revenue growth. The right candidate for this position should possess a sales-focused mindset with a proven ability to aggressively develop opportunity pipeline. This includes:
- Selling pre-owned smartphones to local or international resellers: Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, Realme, Xiaomi, Sony, etc.

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?
- Accountable for client acquisition and servicing.
- Generates revenue growth to contribute overall business profitability through sales forecasting, lead generation, qualification and sales closing.
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical sales plan, taking personal responsibility for meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly GP targets.
- Aware and analyze current market trend, gather feedback on competitors’ activities and come out with counter measure proposal.
- Work proficiently and aggressively to discover and identify group-sales opportunities.
- Grow and deepen relationship with clients to generate sales with the aim for sustainable/repeating purchases.
- Always identify customer needs and provide high quality services.
- Serve as direct contact between clients and company, managing day-to-day affairs in order to meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
- Responsible to grow client database.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business administration, Marketing and any other related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 3 years’ experience in smartphone sales preferably pre-owned devices or dealer network in telco industry (prepaid/postpaid).
- Demonstrated aggressive sales professional.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Familiar with the pre-owned phones market, repair and trading rates from Buying to Selling.
- Possess strong network in the pre-owned phones market.
- Dealer management skills.
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Excellent communication skills.
