  • To collate daily reports on stocks and update monthly reports
  • Liaise with suppliers and other business partners as required
  • Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documentation and filing in systematic and timely manner
  • Handle daily accounts recording and monthly payment
  • Responsible in posting and record customer’s payments for every payment method into the system
  • Analysis and reconciliation of accounts and preparation of ad-hoc reports.
  • Monitor of cash flow, daily bank-in preparations, and monthly bank reconciliation
  • Compilation of daily collection report. Prepare journal, analyze contra note, issue credit/debit note
  • Prepare cheque payments and reconciliation of supplier statement
  • Responsible for preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports
  • Responsible for ensuring the timely closing of the Company’s monthly accounts and to meet deadlines.

Requirements:-

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma certificate
  • Knowledge of computers, network and software development is an added advantage
  • Candidates with at least 2-3 years' in related position
  • Required Skill(s): Computer Literacy
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Bumiputeras with bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree are encouraged to apply
