  • Enhance customer service by connecting with customers and adhering to Apple customer experience standards.
  • Manage store operations, organize and assign tasks and duties to store staff.
  • Monitor and provide feedback on staff performance.
  • Conduct staff performance appraisals to identify training needs and build career paths.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to the District Manager as needed.
  • Motivate team members, recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
  • Act as a manager, coach and mentor to all store staff.
  • Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to cash handing policies at all times.
  • Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines for the store team.
  • Monitor store security, ensuring cables and demo devices are in good condition at all times.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the store and backroom.
  • Lead by example in customer service and consistently display the right attitude.
  • Prioritize staff training and support all training programs rolled out by the company.
  • Actively engage with subordinates and all channels within the company by providing input and feedback.
  • Perform additional Store Leader duties as assigned by District Manager or Head of Operations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail management or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong organizational amd multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with store operations and cash handling.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor staffs.
  • Basic understanding of store security and cleanliness maintenance.
