  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

ROLE PURPOSE
To provide independent assessment to ensure project deliverables are met within the approved budget,
timeline, quality standard and meeting the project objective and stakeholder’s expectations.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Conduct quality gate and other project artefacts reviews as per quality review plan to ensure solution
    delivery meets business requirements, and within the approved implementation schedule, budget and
    quality requirements in line with the project objectives, and deliver the benefits highlighted in the
    business case. Gather and analyse user feedback to identify areas of improvement in quality and
    performance of the system.
  • To ensure all activities is comply with any standards, regulation and best practices.
  • Overseeing various testing activities such as project interdependency testing, System Integration
    testing, Factory Acceptance Test and User Acceptance Test.
  • Work with the team in early identification of potential issues/problems and provide recommendation
    where applicable to the developed solutions and to identify gaps defect detection and control.
  • Proactively identify processes for improvement and implementation of the process changes in the
    project.
  • Identify and conduct required process training and analyses training outcome.
  • Update Project Steering Committee and/or relevant Senior Management of the Bank, from the
    perspective of an independent observer.
  • Undertake any other QA services as requested by Project Steering Committee from time to time to
    ensure the health of the project.
  • Monitor and report effectiveness of Risk Management activities in the project.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Academic Qualifications: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related fields.
    Project Management Professional Certification is an added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of project management and quality assurance experience in the project based
    environment
  • Minimum 5 credit for Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) including Bahasa Melayu, English & Mathematics.
