Job Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR-related field.
  • Able to work independently & multitask efficiently.
  • Good interpersonal skills & able to interact with all levels of employees.
  • Positive work attitude and display initiative in problem-solving.
  • Able to write & speak in Mandarin, English & Malay.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin for business communication is required
  • Knowledgeable in Employment Act, HR policies, procedures & process.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive employee information & company data.
  • Organizational skills.

Job Description:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
  • Handling the onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation and management of employment contracts, orientation, and training.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and manage employee grievances.
  • Manage the monthly payroll cycle to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries. Complying with internal standards, statutory requirements & its deadlines.
  • Prepare and submit monthly HR-related reports to Group Management as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage performance appraisals, promotions, and salary adjustments on an annual basis.
  • Assist with monthly hostel inspections.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance data. Manage filing systems and ensure proper documentation of administrative processes.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and employee activities.
