Main Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Mainly focus on warehousing and logistics
  • Work with 3rd party warehouse, support inventory management & strategy planning.
  • Manage operational procedures such as inbound & outbound of deliveries, warehouse operations & to ensure service meeting expectations.
  • Conduct warehouse cycle count regularly.
  • Work with transporter & contribute in deliveries route planning & improvement of deliveries route. Support in day-to-day logistics challenge.
  • Work with freight forwarder to ensure requirement & documentation meeting import requirement.
  • Maintain landed cost.
  • Involve in logistics matter of new market entry, understand its regulatory requirement & support in complying the requirements.
  • Involve in setting up of logistics model in new market.
  • Any ad hoc task that assigned by Department Head.

Skills Required:

  • Able to communicate concisely to internal & external customers.
  • Equipped with industry knowledge & strong analytical skills

Education :

  • Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent

Experience :

  • Minimum of 5 years working experiences in relevant field.
  • Preferably someone with experience working in retails/ F&B environment.
