We are a global immigration company looking for a responsible individual who can assist to prepare various immigration applications (from A-Z) at the highest standard by maintaining good relationships with clients.

Job Title:

  • Legal Assistant (KL Based)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Document Preparation: Assist in preparing legal documents related to immigration regulation, accurately handle the entire process of visa applications (from start to finish). Ensure all visa applications submitted are accurate and completely correct.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients, government sector, banks, real estate agents, and other parties involved in visa applications to provide updates, request information, and address any concerns. Proactively identify and address any issues that may affect immigration outcomes, escalating concerns to the adviser and client promptly. Accountability for achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to legal advisers, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence. Monitor the progress of clients’ files to efficiently manage casework within the agreed timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Preferably a good degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a legal environment.
  • Language: English, Mandarin (Read and Write) & Malay
  • Great responsibility for all assigned tasks and see them through to completion in details
  • Positive working attitude. Willing to learn and take on new tasks.

Salary Package:

  • Monthly Basic is RM 4,000-Rm 5,000 + EPF + Soso

Work hours:

Monday - Friday

2pm - 10pm
