  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

  • Familiar with renovation and maintenance works
  • Knowledge in building maintenance specialist work
  • Able to lead and supervise site workers
  • Good command of verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Honest, strong coordination, punctual, disciplined, independent
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure
  • Knowledge of safety and working site practices
  • Able to work midnight shift (when required)
  • Able to speak Mandarin will be added advantage

Responsibility

  • Monitor daily project progress based on project schedule
  • Prepare project related documents and attend site visits.
  • Monitor completed projects defects and rectification works
  • Attending necessary site meetings/site inspections
  • Coordination of sub-contractor’s works and their resource including workers and machinery at site.
  • To assist & undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by superior.
  • Monitoring delivery of construction materials and ensure that quality/types/dimension are as per the specified requirements.
  • Ensure discipline and good morale maintained at the construction site.
  • Any other job as per assigned related to on-site work
