Job Description
· To attend all incoming or outgoing call appropriately and courteously
· Maintain our file system.
· To handle company computerised account system.
. Excellent computer skills especially typing.
· Maintain and update filing, mailing and documentation
· Ensure that the daily filing of records and documents are completed.
. Should be able to handle the office independently.
Requirement:
· Candidates possess at least DIPLOMA
· Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

· Willing to learn and be trained
