Job Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and expand the company's business by acquiring new and existing corporate and SME accounts.
- Achieve gross acquisition and revenue targets, as well as strategic objectives and account penetration goals.
- Increase corporate and SME market penetration across various assigned industries and geographical segments.
- Recommend retention strategies to enhance competitiveness for respective accounts.
- Manage daily sales operations, coordinating and executing promotional plans and activities.
- Coordinate effective marketing communication plans for corporate and SME account projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the business segment (industry vertical).
- Experience with large-scale accounts or enterprise-level clients.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with the industry and market trends.
- Understanding of the company’s products and services.
