  • Identify out-of-stock items and manage the backorder process, keeping customers updated.
  • Monitor backorders to ensure they’re shipped as soon as items are available.

Order Forecasting:

  • Anticipate demand and help maintain optimal inventory levels with enough flexibility to balance priorities.

Inventory Management:

  • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate stock availability for timely delivery.

Data Entry:

  • Input order details, shipping information, and related data accurately and efficiently.

Customer Communication:

  • Act as the primary contact for customers, providing updates and addressing inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
