What Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Content Strategy Development: Plan and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Content Creation: Produce and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos (internally & externally).
  • Community Management: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community using the determined Brand Voice.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and analyse performance to optimize strategies and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to keep the company’s social media presence relevant and effective.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to manage the company’s social platform reputation, coordinate marketing efforts, and ensure brand consistency.

What This Role Will Require:

  • Social media marketing and digital marketing skills, particularly around content creation expertise
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in social media management and campaign execution
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and metrics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
