  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job responsibilities;

  • Communicate with various departments, analyze training needs of store employees, understand training requirements and workflow, develop targeted training plans and courses to ensure practicality and relevance of training content.
  • Organize and conduct various training courses, provide business knowledge, skills, and service standards training for store employees.
  • Utilize diverse training methods such as classroom teaching, workshops, online training, etc., to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, collect feedback, and continuously improve and optimize training content and methods.
  • Ensure employees master training content through assessments and evaluations, and effectively apply it in their work.

    • requirements;

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in training or related work in the retail industry; experience in store training is preferred.
  • Excellent ability in training course development and implementation, outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities, and a spirit of teamwork.
  • English proficiency as a working language.
  • Willingness to accept long-term assignments and frequent travel abroad.
