As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and assisting with various financial and admin tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure finance and accounting processing is accurate, timely and in order.
  • Monitor and process regional employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Generate and analyse accounts receivable aging reports to assess the status of outstanding invoices.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients or customers and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Provide support to the finance team in various ad-hoc projects.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including update staff leave, complete vendor registration processes, and document filing.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in finance and administration (3 - 5 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Xero accounting software.
