Job Scope:
- Minimum 1-2 year(s) of experience in travel field
- Preparing Travel Itinerary for Inbound and Outbound Tours
- Ensure all final itinerary details are prepared and given to the group at least 1 week in advance of travel
- Creating Quotation for Clients
- Responding customer and Agents E-mail and Calls
- Skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Preferably with ticket booking knowledge (Sabre / Amadeus)
- Preferably with booking experience in B2B Portals and being tour guide.
- Assist in the creation of new product lines
- Initiate and facilitate marketing and sales efforts for growing the tour department and Special Events Department
- Responsible for initiating the preparation of proposals
- Sales oriented, positive mindset with (Can Do) attitude and Team Player
- Self-motivated and committed to deliver quality service
- Ability to work Independently with minimum supervision

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in tour coordination related roles within the retail operations industry.
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle people and situations fairly, using sound judgment and integrity.
- Possess strong administrative abilities with good organization, strong problem-solving skills, communication and effective interpersonal skills as well as strong analytical skills.
