Job Scope:

  • Minimum 1-2 year(s) of experience in travel field
  • Preparing Travel Itinerary for Inbound and Outbound Tours
  • Ensure all final itinerary details are prepared and given to the group at least 1 week in advance of travel
  • Creating Quotation for Clients
  • Responding customer and Agents E-mail and Calls
  • Skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • Preferably with ticket booking knowledge (Sabre / Amadeus)
  • Preferably with booking experience in B2B Portals and being tour guide.
  • Assist in the creation of new product lines
  • Initiate and facilitate marketing and sales efforts for growing the tour department and Special Events Department
  • Responsible for initiating the preparation of proposals
  • Sales oriented, positive mindset with (Can Do) attitude and Team Player
  • Self-motivated and committed to deliver quality service
  • Ability to work Independently with minimum supervision

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in tour coordination related roles within the retail operations industry.
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients is an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle people and situations fairly, using sound judgment and integrity.
  • Possess strong administrative abilities with good organization, strong problem-solving skills, communication and effective interpersonal skills as well as strong analytical skills.
