Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Researcher to join our dynamic People & Culture team. The Talent Researcher will play a critical role in identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent to support the hiring needs of our organization. This position requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, leveraging various sourcing methods and tools to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Job Description:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and databases to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Recruitment team and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage recruitment tools and software to streamline sourcing processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a similar role.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Research Skills: Ability to conduct detailed market research to identify talent trends, competitive intelligence, and industry benchmarks.
  • Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using various channels such as job boards Jobstreet, LinkedIn (Talent Insight) social media platforms, professional networks, and databases to source potential candidates.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate and screen candidates effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with team members.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in candidate information and documentation.
  • Networking Skills: Ability to network and attend industry events, job fairs, and other professional gatherings to promote employer branding and talent sourcing.
