Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the general administrative duties such as handling of documentations, data entry and etc.
- Assisting with financial tasks, such as managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and preparing collection reports.
- Maintain proper filling of all documents for record keeping.
- Assist in office general accounts, admin and operation.
- Preparation of purchase order, invoice, and inventory records.
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.

- Any ad-hoc duties requirements assigned by Management
Requirements:
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in administrative or accounting role prefer
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of SQL Accounting Software will be added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Highly motivated, positive and pro-active mind set and a team player
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks on deadlines
- Basic communication and understanding skills (Chinese, English, Malay)
- Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
